Medical: Comprehensive and preventative healthcare is important in protecting you and your family from the financial risks and unexpected illness and injury.  Also, Comprehensive healthcare provides peace of mind.  Employees have three PPO medical plans to choose from through BlueCross BlueShield.  You and the Company shares the cost of the coverage and your deduction is taken on a pre-tax basis.

Dental: Good oral care enhances overall physical health, appearance, and mental well-being.  Trans-Tel offers a PPO plan that can keep your smile bright! You and the Company shares the cost of the coverage and your deduction is taken on a pre-tax basis.

Vision: Eye examinations cannot only determine your need for corrective eyewear but also may detect general health problems in the earliest stages.  Trans-Tel offers a vision plan through EyeMed.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Voluntary Coverage:  Employees pay the cost and have the option to sign up for voluntary life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.  Employees can achieve peace of mind by giving their family the financial security they can depend on.

The Employee Assistant Program: (EAP) offers confidential assistance to you and your dependents.  No matter where you are on your journey, there are times when a little help can go a long way.  From checking off daily tasks to working on more complex issues, our EAP program offers a variety of resources, tools, and services available to you and your dependents, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
