The Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) contracts provide the Air Force with a primary source of netcentric and IT products, services, and solutions. Use of the NETCENTS-2 contracts (except ITPS) is mandatory for Air Force organizations as the contracts are awarded.

The purpose of IMCS III is to meet the Army’s communication and signal needs with a full range of innovative, world-class communication support services. The contract is the primary source for the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) for non-personal Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) and Information Technology (IT) support services consisting of wired telecommunications, voice, video, and data services for their Network Enterprise Center (NEC).

I3MP enables the Warfighter through information technology, infrastructure modernization, and life cycle management of the Army’s CONUS Installation Campus Area (Voice, Video & Data) Networks, and strategic Command Centers across the Army. It provides a robust and scalable networked information infrastructure that allows migration to a network-centric, knowledge-based operation, and enhances connectivity between forward deployed forces with CONUS installation infrastructure.

The Communication Transmission Systems (CTS) Master IDIQ is to provide an integrated approach that considers the life cycle of any given communications and/or transmissions system and its relationship with other communications and/or transmissions systems. The objective of this vehicle is to obtain hardware and provide support services that will integrate DCATS systems and activities in the most technically proficient and cost-effective manner.

SeaPort-e ® is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas.

The SeaPort-e® portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e®platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e ® approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.

On September 29, 2017, OMB designated the Alliant 2 Small Business GWAC as a best-in-class solution for information technology services. The Alliant 2 Small Business (A2SB) GWAC was awarded on February 14, 2018.
