Tim Bevins

Chief Executive Officer

Tim has a wealth of financial knowledge, strategic development and direction, and project management experience. Most recently, Tim worked for MORSCO as their Vice President of Finance, a distributor of commercial and residential plumbing where he was responsible for developing and implementing reporting, compliance, analytics, and processes to support growth through acquisitions. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Rexel, a distribution company of electrical products serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets worldwide. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer, for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India for Honeywell. We believe with Tim’s strong financial and banking background, leadership, and strategic experience, will help us with our growth and financial initiatives. Tim holds BS in Marketing from Oklahoma Christian University, and he has a master’s degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina. In Tim’s free time, he enjoys mentoring college students and helping them with their career paths.

Clay Willoughby

Clay Willoughby has been an integral part of Trans-Tel Central since 2011, initially joining as the Director of Information Technology and now serving as the Chief Information Officer. With over three decades of experience in the technology sector, including roles at two Fortune 500 companies, Clay brings a wealth of expertise in IT and network infrastructure. His extensive background spans various areas of IT, such as network design and implementation, network and information security, server virtualization, and cloud computing.

Brad Fischer

Chief Design Officer

Brad Fischer RCDD, has extensive experience in engineering, furnishing, installing and testing communications systems. Brad specializes in the design and installation of various Inside Plant and Outside Plant Distribution Systems including fiber optic and copper cabling systems and manhole and duct systems. He is certified in all the required disciplines to work on DOD Contracts.
